Man receives loan to avoid foreclosure

In the Bethany area, we got a referred to a man from China who was weeks before the foreclosure sale date. We used an interpreter because he couldn't speak English. We ended finding a solution by giving him a small loan for the property. The loan was reinstated and he realized that he couldn't keep up with the payments and decided that the best course of action was to fix up the house (minor repairs) and sell the property. He sold the property and made enough profit to get on with his life and move back to China.
